Bay and Beyond Sea Kayak Tours Booking and Cancellation Policy
To make a confirmed booking we require a minimum deposit of 50% the quoted tour cost. This may be paid by VISA, Master Card by phone or email, by cheque or paid into our business bank account (contact us for details).
If you cancel your booking with Bay and Beyond after making a confirmed booking, your deposit is forfeited. At the discretion of Bay and Beyond the deposit may be held over if you rebook for another date.
The balance for all Bay and Beyond trips is expected on the day of the tour based on the quote given. For group bookings, final participant numbers need to be given within 7 days of the tour/ program. If these numbers change (for the lesser) and we have not been advised within the 7 days of the start of program, payment for the original quote will be required.
Please be aware that trip venues may need to change at short notice due to weather conditions. Flexibility in this regard is expected to achieve safe outcomes. If Bay and Beyond Sea Kayak Tours cancels the tour due to bad weather or for some other reason, the full amount will be refunded unless the client wishes to rebook for another day.
